Skillastics Fitness (26 fitness exercises) active learning

Skillastics Fitness was designed and conceived to make often less popular disciplines such as fitness and gymnastics more enjoyable. Skillastics Fitness offers 26 exercises approved by experts. Four main aspects of physical fitness are taken into account: strength, flexibility, muscular, and cardiovascular endurance. 10 exercises focus on muscle training. The 3 different colors allow the number of repetitions to be adjusted to the students' level. Drawings illustrate the muscles involved in each exercise.

The complete set consists of:
