Junior Coaching Cards (Ages 6+)

Junior Coach Cards are a new, wonderful, and easy tool to start a good conversation with children. A conversation that can become the starting point for talent development. Ideal for parents: Junior Coach Cards align with the positive parenting style of 'Triple P' and allow you to use the cards wherever and whenever you want. Junior Coach Cards have been developed for parents, teachers, and supervisors of children aged 6 to 12.

The Junior Coach Card set consists of 38 fun photos with thought-provoking questions. The photos help initiate visual association and the questions provide a slightly different angle at the start of a conversation. This combination proves to work very well with children. Junior Coach Cards see a good conversation and self-awareness as the foundation for talent development.

The Junior Coach Cards help children articulate what they feel and think, thus making them self-aware. This teaches children to see what makes them special, gives them ideas to undertake something, and thus develop their talent.

Following the success of the Coach Cards for adults, Espérance Blaauw devised a variant for children: the Junior Coach Cards. Together with children, parents, teachers, child coaches, psychologists, and pedagogues, she further developed, refined, and tested the cards.
