The Power Game - children's yoga

The Power Game is based on the idea that every child's uniqueness can be traced back to three powers. When there's an imbalance, traits such as listlessness, anger, and hyperactivity become more prominent. The cards help children find the opposing power needed to correct the imbalance. Children discover the power they need within themselves.
