The coach can use the cards during development conversations. They provide guidance for steering the conversation to achieve more quality.

This set has been specially developed for coaches who can use practical tools for development and/or evaluation conversations with their coachees.

The goal card for each executive function helps in formulating new goals, and if the coach and coachee do not know how to achieve these goals, there is also a card with interventions for each executive function. These interventions can be supportive in achieving the goals.
