Goal Cards Executive Functions (pad of 100)

Periodically work on goals related to executive functions with the children in your class.

This block contains 100 goal slips, so with a group of 25 children, you can formulate a new goal 4 times, work on it, and evaluate the progress.

These goal slips perfectly complement the Executive Functions poster (click here) and Executive Functions Goal Cards (click here).

How to use the materials:

• Hang the poster in the classroom. This poster illustrates the various executive functions.
• Also hang the goal cards: these display goals per executive function from which the children can choose. You can choose to focus on a few executive functions (in lower grades), or hang everything up at once (from group 6 onwards).
• Have the children write their name, the date, and their chosen executive function and goal on the goal slip. Let them reflect on how good they are at it now and when they will evaluate.
• The children can evaluate their goal and choose a new one weekly, monthly, or a few times a year.
• If you work with a goal wall, the slips can be displayed with the poster and goal cards. This allows children to regularly review their chosen goal.
