Goal and Reflection Cards - Power of Play

This box of Goal & Reflection Cards contains 88 cards that can be used before, during, and after playing a game that focuses on strengthening executive functions.

The cards are divided into 11 executive functions, with each function having eight cards containing statements. The cards are double-sided. The front of the cards features statements related to formulating a goal. These are discussed prior to playing the game. The statements on the back of the cards are used for reflection.

For children aged approximately seven years and older, a learning goal can be chosen together with the child. This selection of a learning goal can be done very effectively by using the Goal & Reflection Cards from this box. Review and discuss the text on the cards together with the child.

The Goal & Reflection Cards were developed for the "Power of Play" Game Folder. However, the cards can be used with all games, including games not included in "Power of Play."
