You receive a sheet of paper with the familiar roads, villages, and cities from Catan. When it's your turn, you can roll the dice three times to create a useful combination. If you don't roll any combination, you get penalty points. You can avoid this by buying knights, which give you the option to turn a die to a specific resource.
