We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day if possible. However, we are not always able to meet this. Sometimes products are not in stock, which may delay the delivery of your order. The product page provides an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will naturally inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€4.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox for shipping within the Netherlands.

€6.95 for orders shipped as parcels within the Netherlands.

€9.95 for orders shipped as parcels to Belgium.

Delivery is handled by PostNL's postal worker or parcel deliverer. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
