Cooling-off period/returns

It can happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or maybe there's another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.95 per parcel; for exact rates, please consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@flexjuf.nl. We will then provide you with the return address where you can send the parcel. After receiving the returned parcel, we will refund the owed order amount within a few days via the previously chosen payment method and/or adjust the outstanding invoice.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.

Products you cannot return

In addition to physical products, we also sell digital products, also known as printables. These products cannot be returned.

Right of withdrawal for business customers
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products and/or our services, please contact us.

Want to exchange a product?

Exchanges are only possible by returning the item and ordering the desired item separately. This way, we keep inventory under control, and you immediately know what to expect.

Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
